Large-volume concrete electrically-driven horizontal creeping formwork construction device
The invention belongs to the technical field of concrete construction equipment, and particularly relates to a mass concrete electrically-driven horizontal creeping formwork construction device which comprises a bottom plate, a track, a large formwork and a climbing frame unit. The rails are symmetrically mounted at the top of the bottom plate; the large formwork is arranged on the top of the bottom plate and located between the two rails. The bottom end of the climbing frame unit is arranged in the track in a rolling manner; the top end of the climbing frame unit is located above the top of the large formwork. Each climbing frame unit comprises a stand column, a longitudinal beam, a transverse transfer beam, a crane wheel component, a motor and a hoisting assembly. The two stand columns are arranged at the positions above the tops of the rails. The longitudinal beams are fixedly connected to the tops of the stand columns. The two ends of the transverse transfer beam are fixedly connected with the side walls of the two longitudinal beams respectively. The tops of the traveling wheel parts are fixedly connected to the bottoms of the stand columns; the bottom ends of the travelling crane wheel parts are arranged in the track in a rolling manner; and the climbing frame unit is arranged, so that the construction defects of a traditional rollover process are effectively overcome, and the construction efficiency is greatly improved.
