The invention discloses concrete winter construction curing equipment and a construction method thereof. The concrete winter construction curing equipment comprises a heat preservation cover, a concrete curing device and a concrete curing device, wherein the heat preservation cover is arranged outside a to-be-cured component in a covering mode; the heating device comprises a vortex tube and a heat conduction tube, the heat conduction tube is arranged on the inner side of the heat preservation cover and attached to the component to be maintained, the heat conduction tube is provided with an air outlet, the vortex tube is provided with a hot air end outlet, and the hot air end outlet is connected to the heat conduction tube; and the air compressor is connected to the vortex tube. The problem that fire disasters are prone to being caused by an existing heating maintenance method for concrete members constructed in winter is solved.
