The invention provides a concrete winter construction and maintenance method. The concrete winter construction and maintenance method comprises the following steps that a reinforcement cage is bound; a ventilation pipe is installed in the reinforcement cage, the ventilation pipe penetrates through the whole reinforcement cage, and the two ends of the ventilation pipe extend out of the reinforcement cage; a formwork is installed on the periphery of the reinforcement cage, open holes are formed in the formwork, and the two ends of the ventilation pipe penetrate out of the open holes; pouring concrete; a heat storage shed is erected above the concrete structure, an air inlet pipe and an air outlet pipe are installed at the two ends of the ventilation pipe respectively, the air inlet pipe is communicated with an air compressor, and the air outlet pipe is communicated with the heat storage shed; the air compressor is started, and air blown out of the air compressor flows into the ventilation pipe through the air inlet pipe and flows into the heat storage shed through the air outlet pipe; when the concrete structure reaches a preset value, the air compressor is turned off, and the air inlet pipe, the air outlet pipe and the ventilation pipe are disconnected; and grouting the ventilation pipe. The concrete structure constructed in winter can be prevented from being frozen, the internal and external temperature difference of the concrete structure can be reduced, the concrete quality is improved, and resources are saved.
本发明提供了一种混凝土冬期施工养护方法,其包括如下步骤:绑扎钢筋笼;在钢筋笼内部安装通风管,并使通风管贯穿于整块钢筋笼且通风管的两端延伸出钢筋笼;于钢筋笼的外周安装模板,模板上开设有开孔,使通风管的两端穿出开孔;浇筑混凝土;在混凝土结构上方搭设蓄热棚,并在通风管两端分别安装进风管和出风管,进风管上连通有空压机,出风管与蓄热棚相连通;打开空压机,空压机吹出的风通过进风管流入通风管内,并从出风管流入至蓄热棚中;待混凝土结构达到预设值,关闭空压机,分别断开进风管、出风管与通风管的连接;对通风管注浆。本发明能够防止冬季施工的混凝土结构受冻,并且能够减少混凝土结构的内外温差,提高混凝土质量,节约资源。
