The invention relates to the technical field of ceramic preparation, in particular to zinc oxide voltage-sensitive ceramic as well as a preparation method and application thereof.The zinc oxide voltage-sensitive ceramic is prepared by mixing ZnO powder, Bi2O3 powder, Sb2O3 powder, Ni2O3 powder, Co3O4 powder, MnO2 powder, Al (NO3) 3 powder and TiO2 powder in deionized water, performing ball milling for 12 hours with a ZrO2 medium at the speed of 200 r/min, and then drying for 24 hours at the temperature of 80 DEG C; mixing the obtained dry powder with an adhesive, and then pressing into a green body under 310MPa; the obtained green body is heated to 600 DEG C at the heating rate of 2 DEG C/min for 2 h, and the binder is removed; the obtained green body without the binder is sintered to 1200-1300 DEG C at the heating rate of 5 DEG C/min and subjected to heat preservation for 90 min, then the green body is cooled to the room temperature, and the low-voltage voltage-sensitive ceramic is obtained. The zinc oxide voltage-sensitive ceramic solves the problems that an existing method for preparing the low-voltage voltage-sensitive ceramic is difficult to prepare, and the obtained low-voltage voltage-sensitive ceramic is poor in performance.
本发明涉及陶瓷制备技术领域,具体涉及一种氧化锌压敏陶瓷、制备方法及其应用,将ZnO、Bi2O3、Sb2O3、Ni2O3、Co3O4、MnO2、Al(NO3)3、TiO2粉末在去离子水中混合,用ZrO2介质以200r/min的速度球磨12小时后,在80℃下干燥24h;将得到的干燥粉末与粘合剂混合,然后在310MPa下压制成生坯;将得到的生坯以2℃/min的升温速率加热至600℃,加热2h,去除粘结剂;将得到的去除粘结剂的生坯以5℃/min的升温速率烧结至1200℃~1300℃并保温90min,然后降温至室温得到低压压敏陶瓷,这种氧化锌压敏陶瓷解决了现有的制备低压压敏陶瓷的方法制备方法较难、得到的低压压敏陶瓷性能较差的问题。
