Walking speed limit control system and method for wheel excavator
The invention discloses a system and a method for limiting and controlling the traveling speed of a wheel excavator in the technical field of engineering machinery. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring the actual traveling speed of the wheel excavator; the actual driving speed and the set speed limit are judged; responding to a signal that the actual driving speed does not reach the set speed limit, and not performing speed limit processing; in response to the signal that the actual driving speed reaches the set speed limit, an accelerator pedal opening signal is collected, a target rotating speed value of the engine is determined based on the accelerator pedal opening signal, and the target rotating speed value is set to be the engine rotating speed limit value; and in response to a signal that the actual driving speed exceeds the set speed limit, reducing the rotating speed of the walking motor until the actual driving speed is within the set speed limit. The running speed of the wheel excavator does not exceed a limit value, and the running safety of the excavator is guaranteed.
