Walking confluence control system and control method for wheel excavator
The invention discloses a walking confluence control system and method for a wheel excavator. The walking confluence control system comprises an engine, a main pump assembly, a pilot valve set, a main valve, a walking motor and a walking confluence valve. The engine is used for driving the main pump assembly; the main pump assembly comprises a first main pump and a second main pump and is used for supplying oil to the main valve; the main valve comprises a walking valve element and a second valve element, the walking valve element is connected with the pilot valve set and the walking motor, and the pilot valve set controls the walking valve element to reverse so that the walking motor can rotate forwards or backwards. The main pump assembly is connected with the main valve through the walking flow collecting valve, and the walking flow collecting valve is used for adjusting the oil output direction of the first main pump and the second main pump, so that the first main pump supplies oil to the second valve element in the working mode, and the second main pump supplies oil to the walking valve element in the working mode. In the walking mode, the first main pump and the second main pump converge to supply oil to the walking valve element. The rotating speed of the engine and the displacement of the main pump are reduced through double-pump confluence, fuel consumption and noise of the vehicle are greatly reduced, and the vehicle is more energy-saving and comfortable.
