The method comprises the following steps: selecting the surface form of an inner cavity of a residual root as the appearance of a dental pile; the tooth nucleus adopts an umbrella cap structure, and the lower edge of the umbrella cap structure is completely matched with the residual part of the defective tooth body; the inner surface of the dental crown is attached to the outer surface of the tooth nucleus; the dental post is in seamless connection with the dental core, the dental core is in seamless connection with the dental crown, and the dental post, the dental core and the dental crown are integrally formed.
