Method for chemically-physically coupling and exciting steel slag powder cementing material and application thereof
The invention discloses a method for exciting the gelling activity of steel slag powder through chemical-physical coupling and application of the method, belongs to the field of building materials, and aims at improving the gelling activity of the steel slag powder, increasing the utilization rate and being suitable for steel slag prepared through different treatment processes. Comprising the following steps: (1) carrying out crushing pretreatment on steel slag prepared by different treatment processes in different regions to obtain steel slag particles; (2) adding an active exciting agent into the pretreated steel slag particles, and homogenizing for a certain time; and (3) carrying out chemical-physical coupling excitation treatment on the steel slag particles containing the active exciting agent to prepare the chemical-physical coupling excitation steel slag powder. The chemical-physical coupling excitation steel slag powder is simple in preparation process, low in cost, low in energy consumption and wide in application range, the use amount of the steel slag powder in cement can be increased, the use amount of cement clinker can be reduced, effective utilization of industrial solid waste in the field of cement is achieved, and the problem that steel slag is difficult to absorb is solved.
