Oil-seepage-resistant mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, and discloses oil-resistant mortar, which is prepared from the following ingredients in parts by mass: 240 to 320 parts of cement, 550 to 650 parts of quartziferous graded sand, 30 to 70 parts of compound compacting agents, 70 to 130 parts of superfine slag powder, 10 to 16 parts of redispersible latex powder, 1 to 3 parts of high-molecular polymers and 1 to 5 parts of early strength agents. According to the oil-seepage-resistant mortar and the preparation method thereof, the redispersible latex powder is added, and a continuous closed film (so-called organic-inorganic cross-linked structure) is formed by a hardened mortar pore structure, so that the erosion resistance of a mortar hydrated hardened body is greatly enhanced, and the bonding force with base concrete is multiplied; the anti-erosion ability and durability of the oil-resistant mortar are improved, the hydration hardening process of the oil-resistant mortar is accelerated through the early strength agent calcium formate, the oil-resistant mortar selects quartziferous graded sand as the aggregate, the closest packing principle is met, and the hydration hardening body is denser.
