Seamless turnout structure for upwarp section of roadbed and design method of seamless turnout structure
The invention relates to a seamless turnout structure for a roadbed upwarp section and a design method of the seamless turnout structure. The design method comprises the steps that the length of the seamless turnout structure is determined according to the range of a high excavation section or an expansive soil section and the range of a turnout area; designing a hole span and a structural form of the seamless turnout structure; calculating and determining the size of the seamless turnout structure; determining a treatment mode of the roadbed transition section; first cement graded broken stone is laid on the roadbed, the transition section and the pile plate structure in a pulling-through mode, and then a seamless turnout is laid on the first cement graded broken stone. Temperature stress is released through the transverse breaking joint, the structural rigidity is smoothly transited through the transition section, the pile plate structure is not affected by upward arching of the lower high excavation section or the expansive soil section, and damage to a continuous structure caused by upward arching of a roadbed is avoided; and meanwhile, the first cement graded broken stone borne by the roadbed, the transition section and the pile plate structure plays a role in structural continuity, and the design requirement of the seamless turnout is met.
本发明关于一种用于路基上拱地段的无缝道岔结构及其设计方法,该设计方法包括:根据高挖方地段或膨胀土地段范围,以及道岔区范围确定无缝道岔结构长度;设计无缝道岔结构的孔跨及结构形式;计算确定无缝道岔结构的尺寸;确定路基过渡段的处理方式;在路基、过渡段和桩板结构上拉通铺设第一水泥级配碎石,再在第一水泥级配碎石上铺设无缝道岔。本发明通过横向断缝释放温度应力,通过过渡段使结构刚度平顺过渡,下部高挖方地段或者膨胀土地段上拱不影响桩板结构,避免路基上拱对连续结构带来的破坏,同时路基、过渡段和桩板结构承载的第一水泥级配碎石起到结构连续的作用,满足无缝道岔的设计要求。
