The invention discloses a low-altitude grouping type seamless turnout stress relief construction method. The method comprises the following steps that firstly, construction preparation work is conducted; secondly, rail temperature observation points are arranged at rail webs of steel rails on the two sides of a turnout head, a frog center and a turnout tail of the seamless turnout to be diffused; step 3, loosening the connection between the seamless turnout steel rail and the fastener of the switch tie; fourthly, a plastic base plate is placed between the seamless turnout steel rail and the switch tie, and it is guaranteed that the rail top position of the seamless turnout steel rail is visually smooth, the rail direction is straight, and the poor line conditions such as triangular pits do not exist; 5, taking a single group of seamless turnouts as a stress relief unit, keeping the position of the frog unchanged, and taking the frog part as a stress relief zero point to perform stress relief; and step 6, after the stress of the whole group of seamless turnouts is released, the seamless turnouts are locked. The invention aims to solve the technical problems that a roller is inconvenient to place, a steel rail is easy to damage and the position of a turnout switch rail is difficult to control during stress relief of a seamless turnout.
