Flame-retardant artificial turf and manufacturing method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of artificial turfs, and particularly discloses a flame-retardant artificial turf and a manufacturing method thereof.The flame-retardant artificial turf comprises artificial grass and an artificial base, and the artificial grass is arranged above the artificial base; the artificial grass yarns comprise the following raw materials in parts by mass: 70-80 parts of polyethylene glycol terephthalate, 20-30 parts of polypropylene, 5-10 parts of magnesium hydroxide, 15-20 parts of a plasticizer, 10-20 parts of a nitrogen-containing flame retardant, 5-9 parts of a bromine-containing flame retardant and 5-10 parts of a flame retardant, and the artificial base comprises the following structure: a plastic woven layer, a non-woven fabric layer, a velvet fiber layer and a fixed net layer. By means of the method, the anti-static effect of the artificial grass yarn can be enhanced, the artificial grass yarn has the better flame retardant effect, the artificial grass yarn is not prone to burning under the condition that the artificial grass yarn meets open fire in time, and the probability of fire disasters is reduced.
本发明涉及人造草坪技术领域,具体公开了一种阻燃型人造草坪及其制造方法,包括人造草丝和人造基坪,人造草丝设置于人造基坪的上方;人造草丝包括以下质量份数的原料组成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯70~80份、聚丙烯20~30份、氢氧化镁5~10份、增塑剂15~20份、含氮阻燃剂10~20份、含溴阻燃剂5~9份和阻燃剂5~10份,人造基坪包括以下结构组成:塑料编织层、无纺布层、绒纤维层和固定网层。通过以上方法,可以增强人造草丝具有防静电效果,并且还使得人造草丝具有更好的阻燃效果,在及时遇见明火的情况下也不易进行燃烧,降低发生火灾的概率。
