The invention discloses a friction structure of a prestressed anti-floating anchor rod, the friction structure comprises a sleeve and a spiral stirrup, the top of the sleeve is provided with a first base plate, the bottom of the sleeve is provided with a second base plate, and the spiral stirrup is connected with the bottom surface of the second base plate; the sleeve is arranged above a target hole body, the second base plate is located at the top end of the target hole body and completes plugging of the target hole body, a grouting hole is formed in the second base plate, and the spiral stirrup below the second base plate extends into the target hole body and is pre-buried in a concrete structure body of the anti-floating anchor rod; the bottom end of the anti-floating anchor rod penetrates through the first base plate, the sleeve and the second base plate, extends into a target hole body and is pre-embedded in a concrete structure body of the target hole body; the top end of the anti-floating anchor rod is located on the top side of a to-be-fixed structure. The spiral stirrup is combined with the second base plate, so that the rigidity of a concrete structure body at the top of the anchor rod is enhanced, and the compression resistance, tensile resistance and shear resistance of the concrete structure body are improved.
