The tensile plate is pressed on an upper-layer bottom plate reinforcing steel bar at the top of the bottom plate; the pull rod rib is arranged between the pressure-bearing plate and the pull-bearing plate, the lower end of the pull rod rib is fixedly connected with the pressure-bearing plate, and the upper end of the pull rod rib is fixedly connected with the pull-bearing plate. According to the combined structure, the tensioning and anchoring end, the cushion layer of the building foundation and the bottom plate can form an integral structure, so that stress is more uniform and reasonable.
