Embedded anti-cracking lightweight wall
The invention discloses an embedded anti-cracking lightweight wall body. The lightweight wall body is formed by splicing a plurality of wall plates; wherein a tenon and a mortise are arranged on the two sides of each wallboard respectively, the adjacent wallboards are spliced and connected through matching of the tenons and the mortises, a plurality of reinforcing nets of strip-shaped structures are further laid on the wall body, and the reinforcing nets cover connecting seams between the adjacent wallboards respectively. The wall body is further provided with a plaster layer, and the wallboard and the reinforcing net are covered with the plaster layer. According to the embedded anti-cracking light wall, the traditional wood structure splicing construction principle is adopted, and external stress is eliminated and dispersed through connection of the mortises and the tenons through splicing of the mortises and the tenons. And meanwhile, the reinforcing net is used for reinforcing, so that surface decoration cannot be influenced even if tiny cracks appear on the base layer.
本发明公开了一种嵌入式防开裂的轻质墙体,所述轻质墙体由若干墙板拼接构成;其中,各墙板两侧分别设有榫头和榫槽,相邻墙板之间通过榫头与榫槽配合拼接相连,所述墙体上还铺设有若干条形结构的加强网,各加强网分别覆盖于相邻墙板之间的连接缝之上;所述墙体还设有抹灰层,所述抹灰层覆盖于墙板和加强网之上。本实用新嵌入式防开裂的轻质墙体采用了传统木结构拼接构造原理,通过榫槽与榫头的拼接,将外部应力通过榫槽与榫头交接消除分散。同时通过加强网进行加强,使得即使基层出现了细微裂缝也不会影响表层装饰装修。
