The construction tool lifting device comprises a construction tool mounting seat; one end of the supporting arm is fixed on the construction tool mounting seat, and the other end of the supporting arm is hinged with the plastering bucket; one end of the transmission device is hinged to the construction tool mounting seat, and the other end of the transmission device is hinged to the plastering bucket; the driving end of the transmission device is connected with the hydraulic station or the electric control system; the plastering machine not only has the advantage of high mechanization degree of a traditional plastering machine, but also can be used for plastering the upper end and the lower end of a wall surface, plastering dead angles are removed, complete plastering of a single wall surface is realized, and the construction efficiency is improved.
