Intelligent plastering robot and plastering method
The invention provides an intelligent plastering method and a plastering robot. The plastering robot comprises a movable chassis, a loading platform, a lifting mechanism, a plastering head and an electrical cabinet, the loading platform and the lifting mechanism are fixed to the movable chassis, and the plastering head is arranged on the lifting mechanism; the loading platform comprises a bottom plate, leveling electric cylinders and ejector rod electric cylinders, the leveling electric cylinders are arranged at the four corners of the bottom plate, and when the loading platform works, telescopic rods of the leveling electric cylinders extend downwards to be used for automatically leveling and stabilizing the loading platform; the ejector rod electric cylinder is arranged at the front end of the loading platform, and during working, a telescopic rod of the ejector rod electric cylinder extends upwards to the top surface of the construction space and is used for forming rigid fixation between the loading platform and the top surface; and the electrical cabinet is arranged on the loading platform and is used for controlling electrified equipment and elements on the movable chassis, the loading platform, the lifting mechanism and the plastering head. According to the plastering robot, the position and posture can be adjusted at will in space, automatic plastering and plastering are carried out, and manual adjustment and plastering on the robot on a construction site are not needed.
