The invention particularly relates to a connecting device and a fixing method of an aluminum alloy formwork. The connecting device comprises a first connecting mechanism and a second connecting mechanism. The first connecting mechanism comprises a main body, a first sealing plate and a second sealing plate, the main body extends in the first direction and comprises a first mounting panel and a second mounting panel, the first mounting panel is used for mounting and fixing the aluminum alloy formwork in the third direction, and the second mounting panel is used for mounting and fixing the aluminum alloy formwork in the second direction. The first sealing plate and the second sealing plate are oppositely arranged at the two ends of the body in the first direction. The second connecting mechanism is connected with the first sealing plate or the second sealing plate in the second direction, the second connecting mechanism comprises a third mounting panel and a fourth mounting panel, the third mounting panel is used for mounting and fixing the aluminum alloy formwork in the third direction, and the fourth mounting panel is used for mounting and fixing the aluminum alloy formwork in the direction opposite to the first direction.
