The invention discloses a foldable transformer prefabricated cabin top cover and a prefabricated cabin. The top cover comprises a grid assembly and a folding driving assembly. The grid assembly comprises a plurality of grid plates; the grid plate comprises two groups of grid pages; the two groups of grid pages are rotationally connected through an inner rotating shaft; the multiple sets of grid plates are arranged in a straight line, and the adjacent grid plates are rotationally connected through the outer rotating shafts to form a grid face. The two ends, in the folding direction, of the grid face are a fixed end and a movable end correspondingly. The driving assembly comprises a track, a plurality of auxiliary wheels, a driving wheel, a rope and a winch; the fixed end is fixed at one end of the track; the driving wheel is movably arranged in the track and is connected with the moving end; the auxiliary wheels are connected to the outer rotating shaft in a sleeving mode and arranged in the track. The winch is arranged on the track; and the other end of the rope is connected with the auxiliary wheel. When the top cover needs to be opened, the winch and the driving wheel can be started to drive the grid plate to be folded, and therefore workers do not need to manually disassemble the top cover.
