The invention provides a prefabricated cabin top cover, a prefabricated cabin and a prefabricated cabin type transformer substation. The prefabricated cabin top cover comprises a left track, a right track, a front half top cover, a rear half top cover and a driving mechanism, wherein the left track and the right track are parallel to each other; the front half top cover and the rear half top cover are foldable plates which are formed by hinging grid plates through rotating shafts; the rear side of the front half top cover abuts against the front side of the rear half top cover, and the front side of the front half top cover and the rear side of the rear half top cover are used for being correspondingly hinged to the top ends of the front enclosure wall and the rear enclosure wall of the prefabricated cabin. The rotating shafts comprise the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft, rollers are arranged at the two ends of the first rotating shaft, an angle limiting piece is arranged at the top of the second rotating shaft, and the rollers are connected with the rails on the corresponding sides in a matched mode. The top cover of the prefabricated cabin is controlled to be folded and opened through the driving mechanism, various hoisting opening sizes needed by transformer overhaul can be met, the situation that a worker climbs to the top of the transformer prefabricated cabin to disassemble a top grid to open the top wall is avoided, and time and labor are saved.
