The invention discloses a construction method of a comprehensive utilization platform in an ultra-long-distance small-diameter tunnel, which is used for construction of a platform with an approximately circular section in the tunnel, and comprises the following steps: step 1, processing a prefabricated platform in a prefabrication site; 2, the prefabricated platform is transported into the tunnel in a segmented mode and hoisted in place; 3, the adjacent prefabricated platforms are connected through connecting pieces; and 4, a concrete cast-in-place layer is poured on the prefabricated platform. According to the construction method, comprehensive utilization of the platform is achieved, construction is convenient, and the construction period can be greatly shortened.
