The toughness of the mullite fibers is improved by soaking and modifying the mullite fibers, and the modified mullite fibers are pre-laid to form an effective toughened whole, so that the overall toughness is greatly enhanced after the alumina ceramic is fired, and in the preparation process, a combined dispersing agent is adopted, so that the toughness of the alumina ceramic is greatly improved. The dispersing effect of the alpha-aluminum oxide powder is further enhanced, the alpha-aluminum oxide powder can enter the mold conveniently, and through cooperation of the lubricating agent and the binding agent, forming and firing of the blank are facilitated.
