The embodiment of the invention provides a permanent magnet track and a permanent magnet suspension system, and belongs to the technical field of permanent magnet suspension. The permanent magnet track comprises a plurality of permanent magnets, the permanent magnets are seamlessly arranged and have the same horizontal height to serve as the top face of the permanent magnet track, the contact face of every two adjacent permanent magnets is provided with a protrusion or a groove, and every two adjacent permanent magnets are connected through the protrusions and the grooves which are matched with each other; the depth of the grooves is larger than the protruding height of the protrusions, so that an assembly gap is formed between each groove and the corresponding protrusion making contact with the groove. The permanent magnet track and the permanent magnet suspension system have the advantages of being simple in structure, convenient to install and capable of reducing vertical errors of the permanent magnet track, guaranteeing flatness of the track, enabling a magnetic field formed on the surface of the permanent magnet track to be distributed more evenly, reducing resistance and vibration of a maglev train body, improving operation stability of the maglev train and prolonging service life of the maglev train. And the service life of the permanent magnet track can be prolonged.
