The invention relates to a suspension type permanent magnet maglev track beam structure which comprises an upper cover plate and a lower cover plate. The positions, close to the two ends, of the lower side of the upper cover plate are connected with the opposite and vertically-arranged web plates; the latch plate is located below the upper cover plate and fixedly arranged between the two web plates. The magnetic track supporting plates are horizontally arranged, the magnetic track supporting plates are arranged below the latch plates and located between the two web plates, one ends of the magnetic track supporting plates are fixedly connected with the web plates, and each web plate is provided with one magnetic track supporting plate; and the traction supporting plates are arranged below the magnetic track supporting plates and located between the two web plates, and each web plate is provided with one traction supporting plate. According to the permanent magnet maglev track beam, the structure of the permanent magnet maglev track beam is designed, and the upper cover plate, the web and the latch plate form a closed box type, so that the opening rigidity, the vertical rigidity and the torsional rigidity of the track beam are improved, the suspension efficiency of a suspension pair is effectively improved, and the running safety of a train is guaranteed.
