The invention discloses a construction method of a novel precast pile integrated tower crane pile under complex geological conditions. The construction method comprises the following steps: preparing for construction; precast pile construction; soil cutting is started several days after cement paste around the pile is coagulated, the excavation face is expanded to cover the structural bearing platform, cushion layer construction and waterproof construction are carried out after excavation is completed, then steel bar construction is carried out, after binding of bearing platform bottom bars is completed, tower crane embedded section installation is carried out, tower crane bearing platform surface bar construction is carried out after installation is completed, and concrete pouring is carried out; and finally, the tower crane is installed. Compared with the prior art, the construction method is short in construction period, low in construction cost, stable in quality and more environmentally friendly.
本发明公开了一种复杂地质条件下新型预制桩综合塔吊桩的施工方法,按照以下步骤进行:施工准备;预制桩施工;承台施工:待桩周水泥浆凝土后数天开始挖土,扩大开挖面以将结构承台囊括之中,开挖完成后进行垫层施工、防水施工,然后进行钢筋施工,承台底筋绑扎完成后,进行塔吊预埋节安装,安装完成后再进行塔吊承台面筋施工,进行混凝土浇筑;最后进行塔吊安装。本发明的施工方法较现有技术而言不仅工期快、施工成本低、质量稳定且更加环保。
