The reinforced composite floor slab structure comprises a composite floor slab body, and a first steel structure layer and a second steel structure layer which are used for improving the compressive strength of the composite floor slab and dispersing stress are arranged in the composite floor slab body; the first steel structure layer comprises a first steel plate layer and a plurality of first hollow triangular pressure-bearing steel bars which are positioned at the upper end of the first steel plate layer, are uniformly spaced and sealed, and have triangular sections; the second steel structure layer comprises a second steel plate layer and a plurality of second hollowed-out triangular pressure-bearing steel bars which are located at the upper end of the second steel plate layer and are evenly spaced and closed, and the cross sections of the second hollowed-out triangular pressure-bearing steel bars are triangular. The invention discloses a mold and a demolding device of the reinforced composite floor slab structure and discloses a demolding method of the reinforced composite floor slab structure. By the adoption of the reinforced composite floor slab structure, the compression resistance and earthquake resistance of the composite floor slab can be further improved, the good stress eliminating effect is achieved, and meanwhile the demolding mode is simple and rapid.
