The invention relates to the technical field of building waterproofing, and discloses a waterproof structure of a landscape greening roof.The waterproof structure comprises a roof, a waterproof layer set is arranged on the top face of the roof, the upper end of the waterproof layer set is in a frustum shape, a plurality of frame plates are fixedly arranged at the top of a waterproof layer, and each frame plate is filled with a planting soil layer; the upper end of the side wall of the roof is fixedly sleeved with a hollow water storage frame, water inlet holes corresponding to the waterproof layer sets in position are formed in the inner walls of four vertical parts of the water storage frame, and the water storage frame and the multiple planting soil layers are jointly connected with a water seepage mechanism. The situation that rainwater remains on the roof for a long time, consequently, the waterproof pressure is too large is avoided, the roof water seepage phenomenon is effectively reduced, it can be prevented that too much rainwater remains to affect green plant growth, meanwhile, water can be supplemented to the planting soil layer, and the rainwater collection amount is increased.
