The invention provides an organic and inorganic combined composite industrial millstone and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of millstones. A concrete base layer, a bottom coating layer, polyurethane gridding cloth, a polyurethane/epoxy high-strength adhesive and aggregate mixing layer, a polyurethane/epoxy high-strength adhesive layer, an inorganic millstone layer and a millstone curing agent layer are sequentially arranged from bottom to top. The high-strength polyurethane gridding cloth is combined with the solvent-free polyurethane anti-cracking damping buffer layer or the solvent-free epoxy resin anti-cracking damping buffer layer to serve as the bottom layer of the millstone, the millstone can be effectively prevented from cracking, meanwhile, the damping effect is achieved, and the service life of the millstone is prolonged; and after sufficient permeation and curing, the strength can be improved, and upward volatilization of basic water is prevented.
本发明提出了一种有机结合无机复合工业磨石及其制备方法,属于磨石技术领域。从下至上依次为混凝土基础层、底涂层、聚氨酯网格布、聚氨酯/环氧高强度粘合剂与骨料混合层、聚氨酯/环氧高强度粘合剂层、无机磨石层和磨石固化剂层。本发明采用高强度聚氨酯网格布结合无溶剂聚氨酯防裂减震缓冲层或无溶剂环氧树脂防裂减震缓冲层作为磨石的底层,能够有效避免磨石开裂,同时起到减震的作用,延长磨石使用寿命;并且经充分渗透后固化后,可以起到提高强度,防止基础水向上挥发。
