The invention discloses a mold for preparing AlON transparent ceramic through SPS, a preparation method and the obtained transparent ceramic. The mold comprises a mold body which is provided with a cavity and is made of a graphite material, a hollow sleeve which can be sleeved in the cavity of the mold body and is made of a BN material, a mold body upper pressure head and a mold body lower pressure head which are used for packaging two ends of the mold and the sleeve, and a gasket which is made of a BN material and is positioned among the upper pressure head, the lower pressure head and the sleeve, the preparation method comprises the following steps: adding mixed powder or a green body of raw materials into the mold, and then carrying out vacuum sintering at 1500-1750 DEG C and post-treatment at 1550-1900 DEG C in an SPS sintering furnace to obtain the transparent ceramic. The AlON transparent ceramic can be prepared through one-step solid-phase reaction sintering, the carbon pollution phenomenon of the AlON transparent ceramic in the SPS sintering process is effectively avoided, and the optical transmittance of the AlON transparent ceramic is improved.
本发明公开了SPS制备AlON透明陶瓷用模具及制备方法与所得透明陶瓷。所述模具包括具有空腔的、石墨材料的模具体,可套设于所述模具体的空腔内的、BN材料的中空套筒,对所述模具及所述套筒进行两端封装的模具体上压头和模具体下压头,及位于上、下压头和套筒间的BN材料的垫片;所述制备方法包括:将原料的混合粉体或坯体加入所述模具内,其后在SPS烧结炉中进行1500~1750℃的真空烧结及1550~1900℃的后处理,得到所述透明陶瓷。本发明可通过一步固相反应烧结制得AlON透明陶瓷,且有效避免了SPS烧结过程中AlON透明陶瓷产生碳污染现象,提高其光学透过率。
