The invention belongs to the technical field of mixing equipment, and particularly relates to semi-rigid base material falling type vibration mixing equipment which comprises a bottom plate, a driving assembly and a mixing assembly, an equipment outer frame is fixedly mounted at the top of the bottom plate, the driving assembly is mounted on the equipment outer frame, the mixing assembly is used for mixing materials, and the driving assembly is mounted on the equipment outer frame. The driving assembly is used for driving a material barrel to rotate around a center shaft, the stirring assembly is obliquely installed on the driving assembly so that materials can fall down in the stirring assembly by means of gravity, and the electromagnetic vibrating pieces are used for vibrating the materials and installed on the two sides of the stirring assembly so that the materials can be prevented from being condensed together. In the process, namely axial rotation and longitudinal movement, a mixture can be thrown to a high position to fall down, and can slide back and forth along the plane of the three stirring blade plates welded on the inner wall of the barrel, so that the mixing effect is more obvious, and the mixing is basically free of dead angles.
