Anti-crack semi-rigid base material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides an anti-crack type semi-rigid base material and a preparation method thereof. The anti-crack type semi-rigid base material comprises the following raw materials: cement, steel slag, mineral slag, fly ash, an anti-crack reinforcing agent and a certain proportion of water. The anti-crack semi-rigid base material has the following advantages: (1) in response to the call of the national academic, various industrial wastes are used for replacing natural stones and cement, so that the consumption of natural resources is reduced; (2) industrial waste is used for the road base, land occupation is reduced, water source pollution is avoided, and the natural environment is protected; (3) the mechanical property of the mixture is improved by utilizing the characteristics of industrial wastes, and the road engineering quality is improved; (4) the cracking problem of the semi-rigid base layer is solved, and pavement diseases caused by reflection cracks are avoided; (5) industrial wastes are used as engineering aggregates and binding materials, so that the construction cost is saved; (6) the service life of the road is prolonged; and (7) the maintenance workload is reduced, and the road maintenance cost is saved.
