The prefabricated reinforced concrete structural beam comprises a beam body, angle beads, connecting structures and a steel bar structure, the angle beads are arranged at the left end and the right end of the beam body, the angle bead at the left end of the beam body is connected with the left side connecting structure, the angle bead at the right end of the beam body is connected with the right side connecting structure, and the steel bar structure is fixedly connected with the beam body. The left end of the steel bar structure extends to the left connecting structure, the right end of the steel bar structure extends to the right connecting structure, and the steel bar structure comprises an empty bag connected with the transverse steel bar and wrapped by the beam body. And the steel bar structure is arranged in the beam body template. Concrete is poured into the beam body formwork, internal stress generated by solidification of the concrete enables the concrete to generate local deformation, the local deformation can finally reach the empty envelope to be released, the empty envelope is extruded to be concave inwards, deformation of the concrete is absorbed, and therefore the quality of a beam body is improved.
