The assembly type building prefabricated reinforced concrete beam connected through batten plates comprises two main body beams to be connected, the two side wall faces of the tongue-and-groove connecting sections of the two main body beams are each provided with an embedded steel plate, and the tongue-and-groove connecting sections of the two main body beams are each internally provided with a plurality of connecting screw sets; the two ends of the connecting screw set extend out of the side walls of the main body beam tongue-and-groove connecting sections and are fixedly connected with the energy dissipation connecting batten plate so that the two ends of the energy dissipation connecting batten plate can be fixed to the embedded steel plates of the two main body beam tongue-and-groove connecting sections correspondingly, and the connecting faces of the two main body beam tongue-and-groove connecting sections are filled with anti-seismic rubber. The beam is connected through the pre-embedded steel plate and the energy dissipation connection batten plate, the joint connection junction is filled with the anti-seismic rubber, and the energy dissipation capacity of the prefabricated reinforced concrete beam of the fabricated building and the anti-seismic performance of the building are greatly improved. The technical problems that wet connection is not high in anti-seismic performance and inconvenient to construct are solved.
发明涉及一种缀板连接的装配式建筑预制钢筋混凝土梁,包括两个待连接的主体梁,两主体梁的企口连接段两侧壁面上均设置有一预埋钢板,两主体梁企口连接段内部均设置有多个连接螺杆组,连接螺杆组两端均从主体梁企口连接段侧壁伸出并与耗能连接缀板固定连接用于将耗能连接缀板的两端分别固定在两个主体梁企口连接段的预埋钢板上,两个主体梁企口连接段的连接面中填充有抗震橡胶,本发明的梁由预埋钢板和耗能连接缀板进行连接,且在节点连接交界处填充抗震橡胶,大大增强了装配式建筑预制钢筋混凝土梁的耗能能力和建筑的抗震性能。解决了湿连接抗震性能不高,施工较为不便的技术问题。
