The invention discloses a straw ash-concrete waste slurry all-solid waste cold bonding lightweight aggregate and a preparation method thereof, the lightweight aggregate comprises the following raw materials by weight percent: 0%-30% of corn straw ash, 70%-100% of concrete waste slurry and a proper amount of water. The corn straw ash is obtained by crushing, washing, drying, burning, cooling and grinding corn straws, and is applied to the preparation of the aggregate as a volcanic ash material. The corn straw ash and the concrete waste slurry are mixed to prepare the lightweight aggregate, and the aggregate added with a proper amount of corn straw ash has the characteristics of low stacking density, low water absorption rate, high cylinder compressive strength and the like, so that the application range of the aggregate is greatly enlarged, and the environmental problem caused by solid waste treatment can be greatly alleviated; and energy is saved, natural resources are protected, and the cost of building materials is reduced.
