The invention provides industrial waste lightweight aggregate concrete. The industrial waste lightweight aggregate concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by volume: 9-12 parts of cement, 5-7 parts of fly ash, 4-6 parts of lithium slag powder, 0-5 parts of lightweight fine aggregate, 34-40 parts of lightweight coarse aggregate, 12-14 parts of water, 13-15 parts of waste slurry of a concrete mixing plant, 0.6-0.8 part of a water reducing agent, 0.05-0.08 part of a fluorocarbon surfactant and 0.04-0.06 part of a protein foaming agent. The industrial waste lithium slag powder and the waste slurry can be effectively utilized to prepare the lightweight aggregate concrete, so that the production cost of the concrete is reduced, and the economic benefit is relatively high.
