Ultrathin wearing layer heat recycling method
The invention discloses a heat recycling method for an ultrathin wearing layer, and relates to a recycling method for a road cover. An ultra-thin wearing layer road section is selected for on-site thermal regeneration; carrying out hot milling sampling to obtain an RAP material, and measuring an asphalt-aggregate ratio and mineral aggregate gradation through extraction and screening tests; the regenerated product is used as an AC type finishing coat, and the grading range is AC-10, AC-13 or AC-16 grading; the mix proportion design of the regenerated mixture is completed through the test; carrying out on-site thermal regeneration; and testing whether the performance indexes meet the design requirements or not, and detecting the acceptance indexes of the AC type finishing coat 24 hours after paving, rolling and forming. The semi-open graded ultrathin wearing layer can be regenerated into a dense graded AC type mixture, so that the use value of old road materials is fully exerted, and the construction cost of highway engineering is reduced.
