The invention discloses a construction method of a tower crown structure of a super high-rise building, which comprises the following steps: according to the tower crown structure, a hoisting unit is pre-assembled on the ground, and the hoisting unit comprises a double-truss hoisting unit, a single-truss hoisting unit and a triangular hoisting unit; one tower crane is used for installing a double-truss hoisting unit in the middle of the south side of the super high-rise building; before hoisting, a profile steel support is welded to the lower portion of the double-truss hoisting unit, and a cable rope is bound to the lower portion of the double-truss hoisting unit; after hoisting in place, connecting the double-truss hoisting unit by using a pin shaft; the hoisted double-truss hoisting unit is kept connected with a tower crane, and the other tower crane is used for hoisting a connecting rod piece between the double-truss hoisting unit and a core tube of the super high-rise building. According to the construction method of the tower crown structure of the super high-rise building, the steps are reasonable, the hoisting units are assembled on the ground in advance, and the high-altitude welding amount is effectively reduced; and double lifting is matched with in-situ lifting, so that the construction safety is ensured, the construction period is shortened, and the construction cost is reduced.
