According to the machining method of the technical scheme, simple processes of cold bending, welding and folding are mainly adopted for preparation, the increase of the manufacturing cost is limited, and the economical efficiency brought by the product performance is remarkably improved.
本发明提出一种双层翼缘的檩条及其制备方法,将檩条的翼缘折叠后形成双层翼缘,并且对双层翼缘的折叠钢板之间局部焊接固定;本技术方案主要通过对冷弯型钢的翼缘进行对折,实现了翼缘加厚的效果,相比于均匀用料的檩条,本技术方案在不增加檩条用钢量的前提下,有效实现了檩条抗弯惯性矩的增强;同理,相比于同惯性矩的檩条,本技术方案的檩条则大大减少了用钢量;此外,通过对翼缘双层钢板的局部焊接,使得双层翼缘的檩条形成整体受力,确保双层翼缘不会分裂,保证其承载力;本技术方案的加工方法主要采用冷弯、焊接以及折叠的简单工艺进行制备,制造成本增加有限,使得产品性能带来的经济性提升显著。
