The invention discloses an oppositely-embracing purline connecting structure and forming method of oppositely-embracing purline connecting structure. The structure comprises a first purline and a second purline which are arranged up and down, the two side edges of the first purline and the two side edges of the second purline are flanged towards the inner sides of the first purline and the secondpurline respectively to form a first flanging part and a second flanging part, the first flanging part and the second flanging part are correspondingly attached to each other, a plurality of rivetingpoint structures protruding towards the outer side face of the first flanging part are formed in the length direction of the first flanging part, a plurality of groove structures protruding towards the inner side of the second flanging part are formed in the length direction of the second flanging part, and the riveting point structures and the groove structures are in one-to-one correspondence toenable the first purline and the second purline to be riveted and fixed. A rivet-free connecting technology is adopted, a stress-concentration-free internal embedded dot is formed through an instantstrong high-pressure machining process according to cold extrusion deformation of materials of the plates, two or more layers of plates made of different materials and different in thickness can be connected, no requirement for the surfaces of the plates exists, and the plates are not prone to deformation. Original coatings and paint layers on the surfaces of the plates at the connecting points are not damaged.
本发明公开了一种对抱式檩条连接结构及其成型方法,所述结构包括上下设置的第一檩条和第二檩条,第一檩条和第二檩条的两侧边分别向着其内侧翻边形成第一翻边部和第二翻边部,第一翻边部与第二翻边部对应贴合,沿第一翻边部长度方向成型有多个向着其外侧面凸起的铆点结构,沿第二翻边部长度方向成型有多个向着其内侧凸起的凹槽结构,铆点结构与凹槽结构一一对应将第一檩条与第二檩条形成铆接固定。本发明采用无铆钉连接技术,通过一个瞬间强高压加工过程,依据板件本身材料的冷挤压变形,形成一个无应力集中内部镶嵌圆点,即可将不同材质不同厚度的两层或多层板件连接起来,对板件表面无任何要求,连接点处板件表面原有的镀层、漆层不受损伤。
