High-rise large-span indoor suspended ceiling hoisting system and construction method thereof
According to the high-rise large-span indoor suspended ceiling hoisting system and the construction method thereof, the hoisting system comprises a floor structure, a suspended ceiling structure and a hoisting structure, the hoisting structure comprises four winches and steel wire ropes, and the winches are arranged at the four corners of the upper side of a non-arrangement area indoor floor plate around a suspended ceiling arrangement area; the indoor floor plate of the arrangement area is longitudinally divided into hoisting intervals which are transversely parallel in the length direction in the width direction, each hoisting interval is provided with five hoisting holes which comprise four corner holes and a central hole, and the corner holes are formed in the four corners of the hoisting interval. Construction design is carried out on the hoisting sequence of the steel wire rope controlled by the winch and cooperation of all parts, accurate control over the hoisting posture of the suspended ceiling of each partition is guaranteed, the purpose of partition hoisting is achieved, meanwhile, in the whole process, a supporting frame does not need to be additionally erected, the suspended ceiling and the steel beam are connected in a clamped mode through assemblies, construction can be directly completed on a floor, and the construction efficiency is improved. And the partition construction matching assemblies are clamped to complete ceiling installation.
一种高层大跨度室内吊顶起吊系统及其施工方法,起吊系统包括楼面结构、吊顶结构和起吊结构,起吊结构包括四个卷扬机和钢丝绳,卷扬机布置在吊顶布置区周围的非布置区室内楼面板上侧的四角位置处,布置区室内楼面板顺着宽度方向纵向分割成为沿长度方向横向并列的起吊区间,每个起吊区间设有五个起吊洞口,包括四个角部洞口和一个中央洞口,角部洞口开设在起吊区间的四角位置处。本发明对卷扬机控制钢丝绳的起吊顺序,各部分的配合进行了施工设计,保证对各分区吊顶起吊姿态的精准控制,达到分区起吊的目的,同时整个过程中不需要另搭设支撑架体,吊顶与钢梁的连接采用组件卡接,直接在楼面上即可完成施工,分区施工配合组件卡接完成吊顶安装。
