The blowing sweeping device comprises a blowing sweeping assembly support plate, an air compressor, a dust collector body, a cleaning water tank, a flushing water pump, a telescopic pneumatic nozzle structure, an anti-collision sweeping motor frame structure, a collecting suspender structure capable of cleaning iron sundries, a main telescopic rod, a flushing spray pipe and a direction adjusting telescopic rod. The dust collection device comprises a dust collection hose, a dust collection cover, a sanitation truck head, a sanitation carriage, a wheel assembly and an undercarriage main frame. Through the arrangement of the dust collector body, the direction adjusting telescopic rod, the dust collection hose and the dust collection cover, dust generated by sweeping or air blowing can be collected and adsorbed, the angle and direction of the dust collection cover are adjusted by controlling the direction adjusting telescopic rod, and dust in different directions can be conveniently adsorbed and collected; and through arrangement of a lifting chain and a magnetic adsorption piece, iron impurities in the cleaning process can be adsorbed easily, the buffering effect is achieved under the action of the lifting chain, and the situation that the iron impurities make contact with hard object protrusions is avoided.
