The box body is provided with a soil inlet end and a soil outlet end; the conveying mechanism is arranged in the box body so as to convey filling soil input from the soil inlet end to the soil outlet end; the water supplementing mechanism comprises a spray head, and the spray head is arranged at the soil outlet end so as to spray water to the filling soil conveyed to the soil outlet end. By means of the scheme, the quality of soil foundation compaction construction can be improved.
