Pile top earthwork is excavated, a cushion layer is constructed, manufactured pile cap reinforcing steel bars are placed in a pile core, the pile cap reinforcing steel bars and bottom plate reinforcing steel bars are connected, concrete is integrally poured, after the pile cap is constructed, the pile cap reinforcing steel bars and the bottom plate reinforcing steel bars are anchored, and the overall stability of the pile top of the pipe pile can be guaranteed; and the pile cap is constructed to reinforce the pile top of the tubular pile, so that the construction quality of the pile top can be ensured.
本发明公开了一种预制混凝土管桩桩帽施工方法,首先把所需要使用的材料和器械进行准备,同时对于地面进行清理;然后根据图纸设计的尺寸,通过测量仪在现场进行测量放样,测量后,根据测量的位置撒上白灰线,方便后期进行操作,本发明中混凝土预制管桩采用静压法或锤击法沉桩,达到设计按要求后,并且满足最终压力标准或收锤控制标准,开挖桩顶土方,施做垫层,将制作好的桩帽钢筋放入桩芯内,将桩帽钢筋与底板钢筋连接,整体浇筑混凝土,通过施做桩帽后,将桩帽钢筋与底板钢筋锚固,能保证管桩桩顶的整体稳定性;施做桩帽是对管桩桩顶的加强,能够保证桩顶的施工质量。
