The invention relates to the technical field of floor installation, and discloses a prefabricated spliced floor based on modular assembly and an installation method thereof.The prefabricated spliced floor comprises a floor body installed at the top end of a support; a plurality of mounting holes are formed in the top end of the support, and a plurality of T-shaped strips are connected to the top end of the support. According to the floor, the floor bodies and the supports can be installed and connected through connection of the T-shaped strips and the T-shaped grooves, and the two floor bodies can be spliced through connection of the first connecting grooves and the first connecting strips; second connecting strips on the two sides of a first fixing block on a mounting plate are connected with fourth connecting grooves in the surfaces of connecting blocks on the two floor bodies correspondingly, the mounting plate can be mounted at the bottom ends of the two floor bodies, and T-shaped rods can be moved into mounting holes through springs; therefore, the mounting plate and the two floor bodies can be mounted and limited, and the connecting strength and stability between the two floor bodies can be improved.
本发明涉及地板安装技术领域,且公开了一种基于模块化组装的预制式拼接地板及其安装方法,包括安装在支架顶端的地板本体;支架的顶端开设有多个安装孔,且支架的顶端连接有多个T型条。本发明中,通过T型条与T型槽的连接可将地板本体与支架之间进行安装连接,通过第一连接槽与第一连接条的连接,可对两个地板本体之间进行拼接,将安装板上的第一固定块两侧的第二连接条分别与两个地板本体上的连接块表面的第四连接槽相连接,可将安装板安装在两个地板本体的底端,通过弹簧可使T型杆移动到安装孔的内部,从而可对安装板以及两个地板本体之间进行安装限位,可提高两个地板本体之间的连接强度以及稳定性。
