The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-solid-waste-based carbonized unfired lightweight aggregate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) selecting high-calcium solid waste, an additive and the like, and carrying out ball milling and mixing to obtain a mixture; (2) granulating by using the mixture and water, and introducing CO2 to synchronously sink carbon in the granulating process; and (3) after granulation is completed, carrying out pressurization in a kettle for secondary carbon sequestration to obtain the carbon sequestration unfired lightweight aggregate. According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, emission of CO2 is reduced, production of high-performance building materials and resource utilization of solid wastes are also realized, and the method is a CO2 emission reduction way with double benefits.
本发明公开了一种高固废基汇碳化免烧轻骨料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)选用高钙型固废与外加剂等球磨混合得到混合料;(2)利用混合料和水进行造粒,造粒过程中通入CO2同步汇碳;(3)造粒完成后进行入釜加压二次汇碳便可得到汇碳的免烧轻骨料。本发明制备方法不仅减少了CO2的排放,还实现了高性能建筑材料的生产和固体废弃物的资源化利用,是一种具有双效益的CO2减排途径。
