And finally, drying at normal temperature and normal pressure to obtain the flame-retardant modified toughened silica aerogel. The flame-retardant modified silica aerogel prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention not only has excellent thermal stability and flame-retardant and heat-insulating properties, but also is simple to operate, safe, environment-friendly and low in cost, and has a good application prospect.
本发明涉及一种阻燃改性的增韧硅气凝胶的制备方法,属于阻燃材料领域,包括步骤:将硅烷偶联剂、甲醇、乙酸、表面活化剂和蒸馏水混合,加入碱催化剂,搅拌,调节PH至7‑9后添加聚酯纤维和阻燃剂,搅拌均匀后进行老化,最后常温常压干燥得到阻燃改性的增韧硅气凝胶。本发明所述制备方法制备得到的阻燃改性硅气凝胶不仅热稳定性和阻燃隔热性能优异,还操作简单、安全环保且成本低廉,具有良好的应用前景。
