Anti-photooxidation impermeable door and window joint sealant and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to an anti-photooxidation impermeable door and window joint sealant which is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 15-35 parts of cement, 20-40 parts of rare earth inorganic mineral glue, 10-25 parts of quartz powder, 20-40 parts of modified light-blocking active material, 1.0-3.0 parts of light stabilizer, 0.5-1.0 part of heat stabilizer, 0.5-1.5 parts of early strength agent and 15-40 parts of terahertz active functional water. The preparation method comprises the steps of mixing, stirring and negative-pressure exhausting. The selected inorganic raw materials all belong to chemical ionic bonds, have good chemical stability and strong photooxidation resistance, and are subjected to ultraviolet irradiation treatment for 480 hours in a laboratory, and are repeated for three times or placed in a natural environment for a complete year; the gloss retention rate of the caulking glue is 85.7-91.2 and is greatly higher than that of a contrast 68.2, and the photooxidation resistance effect is very obvious; secondly, the photooxidation-resistant anti-seepage joint sealant for doors and windows has higher viscosity and leakproofness than the conventional sealant, and the anti-seepage grade still reaches the P8-P7 grade after treatment, so that the safe use time of doors and windows is greatly prolonged.
