Environment-friendly high-strength quick-hardening concrete and preparation method thereof
The embodiment of the invention provides environment-friendly high-strength quick-hardening concrete and a preparation method thereof. The environment-friendly high-strength quick-hardening concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 35-80 parts of a cementing material which comprises 27-60 parts of a quick-hardening cementing material and 8-20 parts of a geopolymer cementing material; 20 to 65 parts by weight of aggregate; 0.50 to 2.42 parts by weight of an additive; and 9-13 parts by weight of water. The environment-friendly high-strength quick-hardening concrete provided by the embodiment of the invention can be more compactly filled into cracks and more quickly coagulated and hardened under the flowability of the concrete, so that the concrete is tightly bonded with original concrete of a structure, and a crack repairing filler with relatively good compression resistance, fracture resistance and bonding strength is formed. Therefore, when the environment-friendly high-strength quick-hardening concrete is used as a crack repairing filler, time can be better gained in the process of repairing cracks in emergency, so that concrete cracks can be effectively repaired in a short time, the repaired concrete has high strength performance, and secondary damage is avoided.
