The invention discloses a high-temperature-resistant anti-cracking clay pottery clay material which comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 70-90 parts of raw mud, 15-25 parts of cooked mud and 3-6 parts of mullite powder. The cooked mud is obtained by firing kaolin to 750-950 DEG C and cooling; and the raw mud is kaolin of the local Huizhe. The method for firing the clay ceramic product by adopting the clay material comprises the following steps: preparing materials, preparing blank clay, throwing and forming, glazing, firing and finally cooling to obtain the clay ceramic product. The raw mud is easy to obtain, and the problem of resource shortage is effectively solved; the cooked mud is fired, so that the stability of the clay ceramic in the firing process can be effectively improved, the shrinkage is relatively small, and the cracking probability of the green body is greatly reduced; the mullite powder is high in silicon content, uniform in expansion and good in thermal shock resistance, and the cracking risk of the clay can be further reduced. The clay pottery firing process provided by the invention is simple, solves the phenomenon of high-temperature cracking of the traditional clay pottery product, and promotes the progress of the clay pottery industry firing technology.
本发明公开了一种耐高温防裂土陶泥料,包括以下质量份配比的原料:生泥70~90份、熟泥15~25份和莫来石粉3~6份;熟泥为高岭土烧制到750~950℃冷却后得到;生泥为会泽当地的高岭土。采用该泥料烧制土陶制品的步骤包括备料、配制坯泥、拉坯成型、施釉、烧制,最后冷却而得。本发明中生泥取材较为容易,有效地解决资源匮乏的问题;熟泥是经过烧制过的,能有效提高了土陶在烧制过程中的稳定性,收缩比较小,大大地降低了坯体开裂几率;莫来石粉硅含量高,具有膨胀均匀、热震稳定性好,能够进一步降低土陶开裂的风险。采用本发明提供的土陶烧制工艺,工艺简单,解决了传统的土陶产品高温开裂的现象,推动了土陶产业烧制技术的进步。
