The embodiment of the invention discloses a refractory material, a preparation method, a lining brick and hazardous waste treatment equipment. The refractory material is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 30%-60% of tabular corundum particles, 5%-20% of silicon carbide particles, 10%-30% of tabular corundum fine powder, 5%-15% of alpha-alumina micro powder, 4%-10% of submicron monatomic silicon powder and 1%-5% of metal aluminum powder. A product prepared from the refractory material for the hazardous waste disposal equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention has excellent erosion resistance, permeation resistance, wear resistance and thermal shock resistance, and the service life is prolonged from original 3-4 months to more than 12 months when the refractory material is applied to a hazardous waste incineration rotary kiln body and a secondary combustion chamber. Meanwhile, the product does not contain chromic oxide, so that pollution to the environment is avoided.
